**********My Crazy Friends************(Can't Get Enough Of them Though;>)
Friend. A simple word, with a simple meaning. But being one, staying one and keeping one is as complex as creating a spider web. That's why the word Friends are somtimes split into diffrent categories. There's Best Friends Forever, Best Friend, Close Friend, and just Friend. There are of course so many more, but im sure you get the idea.
There is this quote.. Unfortunately I forgot who it was from, but it goes something like this...
" A true friend is one who points out your mistake to you, however, he might not seem a very good friend after that." True isnt it? Try and think of the times you wanted to tell your friend something, a bad habit maybe, so that he or she would not embarrass him or herself but hesistated because you did not want your friendship to be affected. The quote Categorises the word friend as " true" For only a true friend would risk friendship from preventing his or her friend from embarrasing his or herself. Ironic but extremely true.
Inspired i wrote a teeny something, just 4 kicks...
I meet new people everyday
As my friends some stay,
Others just fade away
But keeping friends isnt easy
For life is so very busy.
I have friends of all sorts.
Friends from private schools,
Friends from public schools
And even friends from foreign schools
But for some reason,
My bond with them is breaking,
They seem to be fading
Sometimes, they are the cause..
Other times its me,
However, I can't see
How that can be
For you see,
I haven't changed,
They're changing me
Exams arent stressing me,
But their stress they're rubbing off on me.
As hard as i try,
I cant stop the changes,
For there are too many grudges.
Thus, at times,
We Separate,
But, I guess that's just fate.
I wont give up though,
I'll give it another go.
Afterall,
Miracles happen Everyday,
Or at least-
That's what they say..
Has a friend ever told u ur changing? and as the poem goes, have u ever felt, u are not, n u think they are just sprouting nonsense? I Have, but then i realised there must be a reason why one wld say that, especially when he or she was ur friend.
So look inside u, n be prepared 4 u might just understand and realise what ur friend was trying to tell you ; )
